Repeated failures after multiple buys
I bought this model several times but keep running into the same problems. The controller buttons and markings fade within months and the plastic can feel brittle. One of my pads stopped heating before its first year was up. After multiple replacements, I can’t justify another purchase. Warranty or manufacturer support was not easy to find.

Wraps my neck and shoulders perfectly
I love this pad and even ordered a spare. It works great for my neck and shoulder tension and the auto shut-off timer is useful. Very satisfied.

Too short for my shoulders but heats very well
Overall it's held up past three months and I haven't washed it yet. It gets extremely warm — level 4 is nearly too hot on bare skin — and the heat controls work well once you learn them. The fabric is very soft and it soothes sore muscles, but the pad is shorter than I expected; it doesn’t span shoulder-to-shoulder on me. Still gave five stars because it performs its job and relieves pain.

Warm, cozy, and quick to heat
Nice plush material and it warms almost immediately. I use it at my feet and appreciate the dim yellow remote light that doesn't disturb sleep. Top settings can be uncomfortably hot, so I stick to level 4. Auto-off timer from 30 minutes to 2 hours is handy. Very pleased.

A purchase that really helps with aches
I rarely leave reviews, but this pad has made a big difference for me. I use it weekly for stomach pain, cramps and general aches — it reliably gets very hot and is super soft.
