Product description

Tested to U.S. ASTM safety standards, this bedside assist rail features an expanded chassis and reinforced frame engineered to provide strong, steady support for seniors and postoperative users. The design uses multi-layer non-slip foam between the mattress and foundation to reduce lateral movement, and a safety strap fastens to the opposite side of the bed to anchor the frame.

Built from reinforced steel tubing, the rail is rated to support up to 350 pounds, giving caregivers and users confidence in transfers and repositioning. The padded, ergonomic handle offers a comfortable grip while the frame’s reinforced bars deliver long-term durability.

The unit adjusts vertically from 16.9 inches to 21.3 inches and extends horizontally from 23.6 inches to 31.5 inches, making it compatible with Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen and King mattress sizes (not suitable for adjustable bed bases). It is designed to work with mattress thicknesses between 2 and 10 inches.

Included with the rail are the safety anchoring strap and a storage pouch that slides onto the frame for stashing small items. Assembly is tool-free; the rail slips into place and is secured with the strap, allowing quick setup and easy removal for travel or storage.

Intended use is to assist users getting in and out of bed, to provide lateral support while sitting up, and to reduce the risk of accidental rolling or falling. Customer support is available for fit or installation questions.
