Product description

A convenient flip-up ice tip designed to make winter travel easier. The attachment uses a foldable mechanism so you can move from icy sidewalks into buildings without taking the tip off—simply flip the prongs up when on indoor surfaces.

Traction is provided by five hardened carbon-steel claws that penetrate ice and compacted snow to reduce slips. A molded anti-slip pad sits between the metal housing and indoor surfaces to protect flooring and reduce noise when the prongs are folded.

The kit is intended for most mobility aids: it fits canes, walkers and crutches with shaft diameters between 0.75" and 1.5". Two screw sizes are included in the package so you can secure the tip tightly to a variety of shafts.

Construction uses reinforced steel in the housing for durability and wear resistance. The product is supplied as a single attachment in the box and is suitable for daily winter tasks such as walks, errands, and navigating snowy driveways and paths.
