Window Bird Feeder with Dual Side Hoppers and Heavy-Duty Mounts
Product description
Patented dual-granary layout (2026 edition): This model uses a self-contained twin storage system that increases in-unit seed capacity to hold nearly 1.8 pounds, cutting refills for extended absences, busy schedules, or cold spells when outdoor maintenance is impractical.
Large, clear viewing and wide opening: The feeder is shaped like a small house and features a broad 6.8-inch transparent viewing panel paired with an entrance approaching 7 inches in width — wide enough to accommodate bulkier birds such as cardinals and to provide an immersive, close-up spectacle for people and pets indoors.
Squirrel-aware, bird-safe mechanics: The design incorporates crossbar door stops and a manual-draw tray assembly so seeds aren’t simply pushed out by determined mammals. For best deterrence, mount the unit at least five feet above ground; the glass and mounting height act as a safe barrier while offering pets a harmless hunting stimulus.
Two secure mounting options: Included are heavy-duty suction cups for a repositionable, window-friendly setup and industrial-grade adhesive strips for a permanent, weather-resistant bond. The suction method allows easy removal for cleaning, while the adhesive option is intended for long-term, high-hold installations.
What’s included and materials: Package contents typically comprise the transparent feeder body, two side hoppers, a manual-extraction feeding tray, a set of high‑grip suction cups, and industrial adhesive strips for permanent mounting. The main housing is clear acrylic (transparent plastic) for unobstructed viewing, while attachment components are molded from durable plastics designed for outdoor exposure.
Ideal uses and gifting: This feeder is pitched as a way to reconnect housebound individuals, seniors, children, and apartment residents with nature. It transforms a window into a wildlife observatory and is suitable as an educational or thoughtful gift to bring daily natural activity indoors.

VerdictThis updated window feeder delivers uninterrupted viewing with generous seed capacity and a wide entrance that welcomes larger backyard species. Flimsy connections
The flanges wouldn’t stay connected so I had to tape them. Construction felt cheap and I was disappointed with the build.

Up-close birdwatching
I love seeing birds by my window. The side hoppers keep seed on hand so I don’t refill every day, it sticks to the glass, and squirrels can’t reach the food.

Side bins won’t secure
Both side storage units became loose and dumped food. Each side has clips that should snap in place but mine failed, causing seed to spill and making returns difficult.

Easy setup, birds approve
Simple to assemble, the adhesive grips well and it looks good on the front window. It’s held up and the birds use it often.

Sturdy hold after a month
I’ve had this for over a month and the adhesive strip has stayed strong. The unit feels solid and I’ll likely buy another. Side bins cut down on daily refills; very happy so far.

Birds use it despite looks
The big suction cups looked odd at first, but birds land and eat right at my apartment window now. It blends in, is simple to assemble, and is easy to move on and off the glass. If you put it on a sliding door, plan for limited door travel.

Good capacity, assembly issues
I bought it for the extra storage and the suction cups held well on my sliding door. During assembly one side hopper kept slipping out, so I used clear tape to secure it. After about three months I’ve had to re-tape the sides once or twice, but it otherwise attracts birds and holds seed.

Attractive but side pockets leak
It works well and the birds enjoy it, but I rarely use the side hoppers because seed slips through the gap between them and the main body. I taped the seam, yet a little still falls out. The viewing is excellent, though.
