Adjustable Foldable Weight Bench — 1050 lb Capacity Home Gym Bench
Product description
Constructed from high-hardness commercial steel with a reinforced, thick support tube and a purpose-built frame, this bench is designed for long-term durability and a rated load capacity of 1,050 lbs. The heavy-gauge construction and welds are intended to extend service life under frequent use.
The bench offers an adjustable backrest with eight distinct angle settings and a seat with three positions; changes are fast and simple so you can move between flat, incline and decline setups during a workout. The compact adjustment mechanism lets you find the right angle quickly to target different muscle groups.
The pad is covered in a soft leather-like material and filled with high-density recycled sponge for strong rebound and long-term shape retention. The cushioning aims to reduce lumbar fatigue during extended sets and preserve comfort over repeated sessions.
This model folds up to stand vertically against a wall or slide into a closet or under a bed, helping to conserve floor space when not in use. It is easy to move and store, making it suitable for smaller training areas.
Designed for full-body routines, the bench is suitable for chest presses, shoulder work, back rows, ab training, step-ups, dips and tricep exercises. It also accommodates variations such as preacher-style back extensions and some hamstring work depending on user size and loading preferences. Basic assembly tools are included to get you started.
Pros
- Very high 1,050 lb load capacity
- Multiple backrest and seat angle options
- Foldable design for compact storage
Cons
- Small leg pad limits some decline press comfort
- Not ideal for tall users doing certain leg-curl motions

VerdictA robust, versatile bench for home strength training that balances commercial-level strength with space-saving convenience. Its steel frame and reinforced tubing deliver a 1,050 lb capacity, while the multi-angle backrest and seat let you switch quickly between flat, incline and decline positions. The padded surface uses high-rebound foam wrapped in leather-like material for comfort and durability

Exceeded my expectations
Better than anticipated. The resistance bands with handles are useful for rows, and the bench is very steady for weighted step-ups. Highly recommend.

Solid build and easy setup
Great value. Put it together in under 30 minutes. I'm 5'10", 265 and it handles bodyweight and dumbbell movements like gym gear. Easy to move and adjust. My kid loves it too.

Leg-curl function disappointing; otherwise fine
Giving three stars. I wanted to do leg curls—an on-page assistant said it was possible, though taller users might struggle. After assembly I couldn't find a practical setup for curls. The exercise photos are small and not very helpful for low-vision users. I contacted customer service and got helpful support, but the curl capability remained unclear.

Versatile and good value
I've used it a couple weeks and it meets my needs. Not for elite heavy lifting but stable and adjustable with solid construction. Assembly was easy with the included tools.

Works for flat presses; decline is awkward at times
I'm 6'0", 220 lb and have used it a week. Flat benching is fine. Decline presses feel awkward because the smaller pad can't be repositioned and can overextend my back. I can do weighted back extensions by locking into the rollers and using the preacher pad. Hamstring curls are harder because of my size but still doable. I made a small plate-and-wedge tweak to help stack plates more securely.
