Product description

Safety certifications: Meets Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 218 (FMVSS 218) and is DOT compliant, designed for use on motocross, trail and road where DOT certification is required.

Impact protection: Built with MIPS (Multi‑directional Impact Protection System) to help reduce rotational forces during oblique impacts. The helmet also features a magnetic visor release mechanism that holds the peak in normal riding but is designed to disengage under crash forces to reduce neck strain.

Construction and ventilation: The outer shell combines injection‑molded polycarbonate with ABS for a balance of strength and light weight. Internal energy absorption is handled by EPS liners offered across multiple sizes. Airflow is managed through nine intake vents and four exhaust ports to move heat and moisture out of the helmet.

Sizing and fit: Available in four shell sizes with five EPS liner sizes for a more accurate fit. The V‑Core is intended to fit snugly; measure your head circumference and consult the product sizing chart. If you fall between sizes or prefer a slightly roomier feel, choose the larger size.

    Light for its size and well ventilated. Comfortable out of the box and the removable, washable liners are worth it for longer rides.

    Good fit for my size

    5'7", 140 lbs — medium fits nearly perfectly. Cheek pads are a touch snug but I prefer that. Stable on the head and DOT/MIPS gives me confidence for road and unicycle use. Highly recommend.
