Product description
These inner tubes are supplied pre-filled with Slime self-sealing sealant so they arrive ready to resist multiple punctures without any additional setup. The factory-applied sealant is designed to react quickly to breaches in the tread area and can provide protection for up to two years when the tube is in regular use.
The tube is constructed from a heavy-duty rubber compound for extra strength and puncture resistance. It is rated to seal tread punctures up to 1/8". The tube uses a Schrader valve stem, allowing inflation from any common air source. Size fitment is for an 8" rim, tire width 4.80", sidewall height roughly 4.0"–8.0" yielding a 16" outer diameter when mounted.
This replacement inner tube is intended for small equipment: lawn tractors and mowers, wheelbarrows, trailers, golf carts, garden tractors, ATVs and similar applications. To install, remove the wheel, seat the tube carefully to avoid pinching, align the valve stem, and inflate to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure. Because the tube is thicker and pre-coated, mounting can be a bit stiffer than a standard tube, but the trade-off is longer-lasting protection and fewer roadside repairs.

Extended life for aged tires
