Dual-Layer Microphone Pop Filter with 360° Flexible Arm and Clamp
Product description
This microphone pop filter uses a six-layer filtration system that combines two metal mesh layers with high-density foam and additional fabric layers to cut down on plosive bursts, sibilance, and stray noise for clearer vocal captures.
The frame measures 5.91 inches across with an inner screening area of 5.12 inches, offering broad coverage for a variety of microphone shapes. The carbon-steel flexible arm can be rotated and bent 360° and is rated for more than 10,000 bends; its base length is 13.39 inches and the assembly can extend to a total reach of 21.06 inches for versatile placement.
A rotating L-shaped clamp secures the unit to boom arms, desktop stands, or mic poles with tube diameters up to 1.38 inches. The clamp includes an anti-scratch EVA pad to protect finishes, and the body uses a high-rigidity ABS frame with nickel-plated flexible tubing for durability. Ideal for recording studios, broadcasting, karaoke, live streaming, and home vocals. Microphone not included.

Fits my external mic perfectly
Bought this for an AKG external mic and it clamps nicely to the round base. The gooseneck makes placement simple and it stays put once set. The filter layers appear to be black nylon fabric; I haven’t done formal A/B tests, but it seems to do its job blocking plosives. Overall pleased with the build and performance.

Sturdy gooseneck and reliable clamp
The standout feature is the gooseneck—long enough and rigid enough to hold whatever angle I need. I use it on a desk stand rather than a boom arm, and the L-shaped clamp grips the vertical pole securely. The notched clamp and rubberized washer keep it steady through typing and desk movement. The screen isn’t groundbreaking, but its size and construction work well for demo recordings and tutorials. It doesn’t completely remove very loud, careless pops, but with basic mic technique it noticeably reduces them. Easy to install and a solid value—would recommend.
