Constructed from upgraded polypropylene, this folding board uses a reinforced PP blend that delivers strong toughness and long-lasting performance — rated for hundreds of thousands of folds.
The board is made to handle thin, medium and heavy textiles alike: T‑shirts (short and long sleeve), dresses, pants, shorts, pajamas, towels, uniforms, duvet covers and sheets can all be folded with consistent results. Simple three‑panel folding steps quickly flatten garments and produce an identical finished size of 9.44 x 11.42 inches.
When opened the board measures approximately 27.56 x 22.44 inches for easy handling; it folds down to about 9.5 x 11.6 inches so it tucks away without taking much room. The design is collapsible for storage and intended to work across sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL.
Developed after more than ten years of experience and several design iterations, the Version 3 layout focuses on smooth hinges, a lightweight feel and repeatable, neat folds for home or small retail use.
