Once For All Safety Mandoline Slicer — All-in-One Veg Cutter (Gray)
Product description
Safer cutting: The slicer uses a covered, razor-sharp 420 stainless steel blade assembly that keeps cutting edges out of direct reach while you work. It’s built so you can change thickness and modes without swapping blades, reducing handling of exposed steel.
Four functions in one: The unit gives julienne, matchstick, straight slicing and dicing options in a single device. Thickness is adjustable from about 0.1 mm up to 8 mm, so you can make paper-thin chips or thicker vegetable slices for gratins and salads.
Construction and kit: The main body is molded plastic with metal blade inserts made from 420 stainless steel. The package includes the mandoline, a protective food pusher to hold items while cutting, a small cleaning brush for removing trapped bits, and suction feet for countertop stability. The design folds down for compact storage.
How to use: Place the mandoline on a flat surface and engage the suction feet. Select the cutting mode and turn the thickness control to the desired setting. Use the food pusher to feed vegetables through the chute and collect uniform slices or strips. Rinse under running water and use the supplied brush to clear debris from the blade channels.
Care and warranty: The collapsible format makes it easier to rinse and clean than some fixed-frame models; stubborn pieces can be dislodged with the brush. The manufacturer provides a 24-month warranty and customer support if issues arise.

VerdictThis mandoline is a practical upgrade for everyday kitchen prep: its concealed 420 stainless steel blades deliver consistent cuts across four modes without swapping parts, and the 0.1–8mm thickness range covers thin chips to thicker slices. The collapsible body and included small brush make cleaning and storage easier than many full-size models. Suction feet add stability and the design prioritize

Should've bought sooner
Works perfectly and makes consistent slices. I like that it folds flat and tucks into a drawer when not in use.

Perfect for garden harvests
My son grew a big garden and this sped up washing, slicing and prepping for freezing and dehydrating. Even thickness makes drying time consistent. It’s sharp and stable; cleaning takes a little effort but the time saved chopping makes it worthwhile.

Not great for versatility
It works as intended but won’t accept whole onions or potatoes larger than the chute. Dicing requires extra steps and cleanup isn’t simple. It’s bulky to store and didn’t deliver the flexibility I hoped for.

Fantastic for stir-fries
Saves a lot of prep time for stir-fries. First use was slow while I learned the process, but the written and video instructions are helpful. Once comfortable, it became indispensable.

Poor build quality
Overall quality is low. The blade mechanism didn’t move up and down as labeled. Not a good experience.

Good but a bit small
Safe and effective for single portions, and the brush helps clear debris. However the pusher can stick at the bottom and I often need to dislodge veggies 2–3 times for my portions. Fine for one person but may be small for larger batches.

Better than expected — read the manual
Cuts quickly with a wide thickness range and handles large potatoes well. Blades are sharp but well shielded, so it’s safer than typical mandolins. Can tire your hands for big batches and isn’t great with sticky or frozen items, but it’s easy to clean considering you can’t fully disassemble it.

Makes meal prep a breeze
I reach for this several times weekly to make hash brown cubes and it slices potatoes effortlessly. The hidden blade design puts me at ease — my 12- and 13-year-olds can use it safely. Cleanup is quick and straightforward, so it actually gets used instead of being stashed away.

Feels cheaply made
Looks like a bargain until parts feel flimsy. The plastic components seemed fragile and there were no clear instructions. I worried about breaking pieces while cleaning.

Not bad but uneven slices
It cuts well, but the slices can be irregular. Tried it for eggplant and potatoes for moussaka — usable for a first attempt, but I’ll monitor results over time.

Missing the cleaning brush
I opened the box and the small cleaning brush wasn’t included. Please send a replacement.

Doesn't match the description
There were no clear instructions and it didn’t work the way I expected. Very disappointing.

Well thought out and reliable
I used it to make thin sweet potato chips and felt protected while working. Thickness control is precise and cleanup is simple. The suction feet hold it steady—just the right amount. The two control knobs took a minute to understand, but once set it performed beautifully.
