Avent Natural Glass Newborn Bottle Gift Set — 5 Glass Bottles

Product description

Designed for combination feeding, this newborn gift pack centers on a breast-shaped Natural Response nipple that releases milk only when the baby actively sucks, helping mimic breastfeeding and giving infants control of the feeding pace. The soft, wide nipple also supports a comfortable latch for babies who switch between breast and bottle.

The bottles are crafted from borosilicate glass, a BPA-free material chosen for its resistance to heat and thermal shock. That makes them suitable for fridge storage, warming, washing and sterilizing without the concerns associated with some plastics. Each bottle has a wide neck for straightforward filling and thorough cleaning, and the bottles are built with a minimal parts design to keep routine care simple.

An integrated anti-colic valve routes air away from the baby’s stomach during feeds to help reduce gassiness and discomfort. The no-drip nipple profile helps limit spills and wasted milk. Protective silicone sleeves are included to cushion the glass and improve handling; cutouts in the sleeves keep the measurement markings visible during feeds.

What’s in the set: three 4 oz (120 ml) Natural glass baby bottles fitted with slow Flow 2 nipples, two 8 oz (240 ml) Natural glass bottles fitted with medium Flow 3 nipples, plus one silicone sleeve sized for 4 oz bottles and one sleeve sized for 8 oz bottles. Five nipple flow rates are available across the range; age is only a guideline and you should follow your baby’s feeding cues. If a baby needs more than about 20 minutes to drink 50 ml (1.7 oz) with the Natural Response nipple, consider switching to the First Flow nipple (Nipple 0) and consult a healthcare professional if feeding challenges continue. The brand is recognized by pediatricians in a 2025 IQVIA Health ProVoice survey in the US.

Pros

  • Natural Response nipple supports baby-paced feeding
  • Borosilicate glass — BPA-free and thermal-shock resistant
  • Silicone sleeves protect bottles and keep measurements visible

Cons

  • Heavier than plastic bottles
  • Can leak if not tightened correctly
  • Occasional tight-fitting caps or arrival defects reported

VerdictA dependable glass option for parents blending breast and bottle feeding. Natural Response nipples let babies control milk flow like breastfeeding, while the anti-colic valve and wide neck simplify feeding and cleanup. Durable borosilicate glass plus silicone sleeves provide protection and a secure grip.

Reviews

  1. Nehemie Floreal 5/5

    Compact shape, good flow

Like the smaller profile. Transitioned from liner bottles to the Natural Response flow with a few days’ adjustment. Nipples don’t leak and caps are easy to use.

  2. Andrea Monroy 5/5

Ideal for building a milk stash

I breastfeed exclusively but wanted bottles for storing milk. My baby accepted them and the set includes a useful nipple holder.

  3. Abigail Gonzalez 5/5

    Safer than melted plastic

I switched from plastic after a warmer warped my old bottles. Glass feels like the safer option for us.

  4. Benb 5/5

    Solved our latch problems

After trying many brands this gave the best latch for our newborn. We moved up to Flow 3 later; bottles have survived drops and regular dishwasher cycles.

  5. Fernanda 5/5

    Premium glass and baby-paced nipples

Sturdy, odor-resistant glass that holds temperature well. Slow-flow nipples allow a controlled pace and make switching between breast and bottle smoother.

  6. Medjine 5/5

High-quality glass — easy to clean

Excellent glass feel and no plastic smell. Cleans well and my baby accepted the medium flow; gassiness has decreased. Fits our bottle washer.

  7. Masha 5/5

Great 4 oz and 8 oz set

Started on 4 oz, moved to 8 oz as feedings grew. Easy to take apart and wash; caps are snug at first but measurements are clear and handy.

  8. Michelle 5/5

    Very durable and user-friendly

These have been our only bottles — they’ve withstood throws and still work well. Anti-colic design reduced the air my baby swallowed and cleaning is simple.

  9. Audrey S. 5/5

    Easy to maintain, replaceable nipples

We keep returning to these after trying others. Glass reduces microplastic worries and parts are easy to replace. Line up the air valve when assembling.

  10. Mohammed Shehin 5/5

    Glass for safety and durability

Chose glass for safety in case of slips. Quality met expectations and the set has been reliable.

  11. Mrs. Strait 4/5

Mostly great but inspect on arrival

Durable and lower-toxicity than alternatives, but some caps can be overly tight and a few units arrived with hairline cracks—inspect right away. Still our preferred bottle.

  12. I recieve my order, but i suggest next time they must wrap it well. 1/5
