Product description
This cooker includes an 8-cup capacity inner pot (holds up to 4 cups uncooked rice for about 8 cups cooked), a stack-in steamer basket, and the digital rice cooker base with Sensor Logic electronics. The inner cooking pot is finished in CoreCoat™ nonstick ceramic—formulated without PFOA or PFAS—to provide a low-adhesion surface that wipes clean easily.
Operation is straightforward: add up to 4 rice cups of dry rice, fill water to the indicated line on the pot, choose the appropriate program and press start. Sensor Logic monitors temperature and moisture to achieve fluffy results with white rice, brown rice and other whole grains such as quinoa and bulgur. A Flash Rice mode shortens the cooking cycle when you need rice sooner.
A digital delay timer can be set up to 15 hours ahead so the cooker will begin at the scheduled time and switch to Warm automatically when cooking completes. Use the rice cooker in steamer mode as a standalone for vegetables or proteins, or stack the included steamer basket on top of the rice to prepare a two-part meal simultaneously. The inner lid is removable for deeper cleaning, and the ceramic pot offers increased durability and easy maintenance compared with some coated metals.
Beyond grains, the appliance can simmer stews, make oatmeal, cook pasta and reheat soups, making it a multipurpose countertop helper. Controls are compact and intuitive, and the unit is sized to fit kitchens where counter space matters.
