Each pan is built from aluminized steel, blending the strength of steel with aluminum’s fast, even heat conduction. The baking surface measures 17 x 12.25 inches; the outer dimensions are 18 x 13.9375 x 0.75 inches.
The pans have a corrugated or fluted bottom that promotes airflow beneath baked goods for more uniform baking and easier release. A tapered edge (the low, flat lip) makes it simple to slide cookies, tarts, quiches, or galettes off the sheet without having to lift them over a high rim. A helper handle provides a secure grip when maneuvering heavy trays in and out of the oven.
The finish is a proprietary Americoat silicone-based nonstick coating formulated without PTFE, PFOA, or BPA for quick food release and straightforward cleanup. These sheets are rated oven-safe to 450°F. They’re manufactured in the United States from globally sourced materials by a family-owned company based near Pittsburgh that has produced durable bakeware for more than six decades.
Care guidance: the nonstick surface releases most baked items easily and cleans with a soft cloth and warm soapy water; abrasive scrubbers can damage the coating. With routine, gentle maintenance these pans are intended to provide long service for frequent batch baking.

Six years and still performing
Bought a second pair after my wife praised the originals. After thousands of cookies over six years they still release like new — a little discoloration only. Roasted vegetables slide right off and cleanup is usually a quick wipe with a soapy cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers to keep the finish intact.

Worth the extra spend
I hesitated over price but these proved worth it. We rarely need parchment now and everything bakes evenly. Not dishwasher-safe — my teen put one through and it survived, but hand washing is recommended. I did bend one accidentally and a few taps fixed it, which impressed me.

Also excellent for homemade pizza
Great for pizzas as well as cookies. I assemble and bake the pie on the sheet above my pizza steel, then slide it onto the steel to crisp the bottom. The sheet keeps my steel clean and the crust releases easily when finished.

Nonstick works, but not warp-proof
The nonstick finish is excellent — wipes clean easily — but mine did warp with use, so it isn’t completely immune to distortion.
