   Love this mug

   Keeps my coffee hot for a couple of hours and warm after that. I like the color and it does not leak.

   Absolutely leakproof and great temperature hold

   Impressed with how long it keeps things cold or hot—ice can last overnight. It truly seals, even when laid on its side. Minor downsides: the sip spout is quite small and delivers a slow trickle, and the grip band could sit slightly lower for some hands. Overall quality is excellent.

   Worth the investment

   Previous set lasted over a decade of heavy use on hikes and trips. These keep drinks hot or cold for hours, look nice, and their straight sides fit cupholders better than curvy styles. Good value.

   Outstanding travel mug with dependable insulation

   Very pleased with this mug. The 20-ounce size (as noted by me) feels sturdy and the stainless finish is solid. The SNAPSEAL lid seals well and I can toss it in my bag without worrying about leaks. Keeps coffee hot for hours and the textured grip makes it comfortable to hold while moving around. Easy to clean and fits my car’s cup holder. Highly recommended.

   Doesn’t keep coffee hot for me

   Disappointed — it didn’t keep my coffee hot as expected and the snap lid is louder than I like. Bought it during a sale and it didn’t meet my needs.

   Truly leakproof for busy commutes

   I needed something I could toss in a backpack without worry and this does the job. The sealing top works great and I can open it easily despite weaker hands. It won’t spill from the drinking hole and keeps drinks at temperature. One caveat: it dents if dropped hard.

   Nearly perfect—durable and lightweight

   I’ve owned the Snapseal style for years and they outperform most mugs. The vacuum insulation is excellent and the rubber grip holds up well. They won’t fit under some brewers, but that’s common for larger mugs. My first lasted six years before a dramatic drop; they’re very tough otherwise.

    I’ve relied on this brand for nearly 20 years and the mug itself is fine. The item arrived in packaging that wasn’t sealed, which I accepted. My only request: show the delivery day as a calendar date rather than just the weekday to reduce uncertainty.

    Durable and retains heat very well

    These are my third and fourth Contigo mugs. I lost one and wore out another, but each lasted years. They retain heat so well you sometimes need to vent them before drinking. They’re leakproof and fit cup holders nicely.

    Stays hot and absolutely leakproof

    The travel mug I bought in blue (704 ml version) has a textured black grip that prevents slipping. I like the stainless steel quality and the slim shape fits in the car. The SNAPSEAL lid opens with one hand and did not spill in my bag. It kept beverages hot for hours and wasn’t heavy to carry.

    Excellent durability and customer support

    Long-time user here. My older Contigo mugs lasted for years and even after needing replacement gaskets I found good support from the brand. I hunted for parts but ultimately replaced lids; the original mugs remained functional for a long time, which speaks to their build quality.
