Clear Cable Clips — 13 Clips with 16 Adhesive Strips (Damage-Free)
Product description
What’s included: one kit contains 13 clear round cable clips and 16 small adhesive refill strips. The clips are transparent, low-profile holders intended for guiding electrical and data cords so they stay neat and out of the way.
Surfaces and uses: These cord clips are formulated to adhere to a broad range of smooth, finished surfaces including painted walls, finished wood, painted concrete cinder block, laminate, glass, metal and ceramic tile. They’re useful for organizing cables behind computers, entertainment centers, home offices, dorm rooms and other living spaces.
Surface preparation and temperature: For best results, wipe the mounting area with rubbing alcohol to remove dirt, oils and invisible grime. The adhesive bonds reliably when indoor temperatures are between 50°F and 105°F. If you’ve recently painted, allow paint to cure for seven days before applying clips.
Limitations and safety: Do not install the clips on wallpaper or in locations directly over beds. The clips and adhesive are intended for lightweight cable management only and should not be used to secure valuable or heavy items.
Removal and reuse: To remove a clip, hold the top of the removable adhesive strip and pull the tab straight down slowly to stretch and release the adhesive without damaging the surface. If you wish to relocate a clip, buy the small replacement adhesive strips to reuse the original hardware.
Directions are included with the pack—follow them closely to achieve secure adhesion and clean removal. These clear cord clips offer a discreet organizing option for renters, students and homeowners looking to tame tangled wires without drilling or leaving residue.

Exactly as expected
They’re basic clear cable clips. No surprises—do the job you buy them for.

Served its purpose
Did what I needed — kept an extension cord out of the way. The cord’s memory caused one clip to pop loose, but the wall paint/plaster gave way rather than the adhesive. I let strips cure 24 hours before loading; most of mine last for years.

Not worth it for me
Barely stuck to my wall. I waited 24 hours before attaching anything and they still failed.

Worked great
Exceeded my expectations—held a surprisingly thick cable without issue.

Inconsistent sticking
First four adhered fine, then the rest wouldn’t stick. Even the ones that did come loose after a few days. I followed the instructions but suspect I got a bad batch.

Disappointed—quality change
I’ve used similar clips for years, but this batch felt inferior. Instead of preinstalled thick pads these arrived with thin adhesive pieces you must apply yourself. They were tricky to seat properly and didn’t bond as firmly as past versions.

Doing the job right now
Works fine. One note: the maker stresses cleaning the surface. I had one spot on a 20-year-old desk edge that looked clean but wouldn’t stick. After scrubbing with alcohol (the wipe was filthy), the strip attached perfectly and has held in place ever since.

Handy and practical
Very useful for keeping cords organized.

Not quite as dependable as I remember
Bought these to run lamp cords along baseboards. Clips are larger than I recalled and fine for household cords, but after cleaning the painted wood they didn’t stick as well as expected and need occasional nudging. Would buy again but hope for better adhesion.
