10-Piece Tungsten Carbide Burr Set — 1/4" (6.35mm) Shank, Double-Cut Die Grinder Bits
Product description
This kit includes ten tungsten carbide burrs mounted on 1/4" (6.35mm) shanks suitable for most die grinders and rotary tools. The set contains SA-1, SA-3, SC-1, SC-3, SD-2, SE-3, SF-3, SL-1, SL-3, and SH-1 profiles in cylindrical, ball, and tree shapes to cover a broad range of tasks.
Each cutter is manufactured from heat-treated YG8X tungsten carbide for enhanced hardness and wear resistance. The tools use a double-cut geometry to reduce chattering, limit heat buildup, and provide a finer finish while reducing the tendency to grab the workpiece.
These burrs are sized for a 1/4" (6.35mm) shank and are compatible with common die grinder systems from makers such as DeWALT, Ingersoll Rand, Milwaukee, and Makita; they are not compatible with 6mm collets. They are intended for use on steel, aluminum, stainless, castings, plastic, and wood.
Typical uses include chamfering, deburring, shaping castings, metal grinding, removing weld material, rust removal, jewelry work, carving, and general woodworking detail. Light consistent pressure and allowing the bit to do the work yields cleaner cuts and longer tool life.
The set is supplied in a heavy-duty plastic storage case to protect and organize the burrs during transport and storage. The manufacturer offers replacement support if any item arrives defective under their warranty policy.
