   So comfortable, love the color

I adore this chair — the cushions are plush and supportive. The olive/forest green shade matches my decor perfectly. The ottoman is a much-appreciated bonus that most chairs lack. Assembly was mostly easy, but the cushions weren’t labeled and the instructions didn’t clarify which is the back cushion, so I had to disassemble once to swap them. The reclining back is a neat feature. My only gripe is the seat sits very low to the floor.

   Decent reading chair

Good choice for reading; took about 15 minutes to assemble. One of the wooden legs arrived scuffed due to inadequate packaging. Some buyers struggle with the instructions, but using common sense helped me figure out the right screws.

   Very roomy and cozy

Super comfortable and generously sized — my cat helps show the scale. The covers do not unzip for washing, but that wasn’t promised in the listing, so it’s fine.

   Company fixed missing parts quickly

I had to reorder because earlier units lacked the fabric pieces under the cushions. Customer service handled it excellently and sent a replacement promptly with everything included. The cushions are full and comfy, the recline works well, and it fits nicely in different rooms. Our cat is a fan too.

   My go-to seat

I use this chair daily and absolutely love it. Assembly was a bit frustrating for me because I’m not great at furniture builds, but the finished piece looks lovely on my porch. My cats also enjoy curling up on it.

   Stylish and comfy

Comfortable and elegant. The covers are removable. I only wish it reclined further or had a fully flat position.

   Perfect gamer chair in green

Assembly was straightforward. I’m obsessed with the green color — it looks fantastic. It’s great for long gaming sessions. If you’re tall, you might find it slightly awkward to stand up from because it’s low to the ground.

   Damaged on delivery

Package arrived torn and the item was damaged.

   Happy with the set

Our son waited a couple of months for delivery but is pleased with it — prefers sitting here to lying on his bed to watch TV.

    Great for small rooms

Very happy with this purchase. The chair fits neatly in my compact living area under the window. Its low profile appeals to teens and pets, though some older guests find it a bit tough to rise from. Padding is generous and the green fabric is attractive and seems simple to clean. I’m cautious about the ties holding the cushions but haven’t had any issues. Best for relaxed use like reading or watching TV.

    Comfortable but assembly annoyed me

Comfort and fabric are great and cushions are thick. I plan to add a lumbar pillow because lower back support is minimal. The ottoman is lower than ideal. During assembly one metal bracket had oversize holes so screws didn’t grip properly; other parts needed force to align. Once built it feels solid and looks great, but the process was a little trying.

Received a flawed unit, seller remedied it

Initial chair had misaligned buttons and misplaced screw holes. The seller offered an exchange or sent a second unit without asking for the damaged one back, and communicated well about fixing the issue. I raised my rating to four stars because of their customer service; the chair itself is comfortable.
