   Better Than Expected

   Bought the queen set and they exceeded expectations. Crisp and noticeably cooler than my blended sheets. Thick, wide elastic prevents slipping and they fit my 16" mattress with a pad. Only drawback was there are just two pillowcases in the set.

   Smart Budget Percale Pick

   I needed multiple percale sets for a vacation home and these fit the bill. Out of the box they feel slightly slippery and may seem stiff on the first night, but they soften after a couple of washes. They wrinkle, so if that bothers you choose a different fiber, but they’re great once broken in.

   This brand is our go-to for natural-fiber bedding. The percale breathes and isn’t heavy—perfect for warm climates. Color has held up through many washes with no pilling. Deep pockets fit our pillow-top mattress and mattress protector well. These sheets get better over time.
