CAPACITY & COMPATIBILITY: Each spool accepts up to 150 feet of cord in general — which translates to about 125 feet of mini light strands, roughly 150 feet of extension cord, or approximately 75 feet of larger C7 bulbs. The reels are compatible with a variety of cable and bulb styles, though very large individual bulbs will take more room per spool.
DESIGN DETAILS: The bag opens wide with a U-style zipper for straightforward access to the reels and stored lights. A clear ID label area helps you mark contents for quick identification. The Versa-clamp is included to anchor a reel while winding or unwinding for tangle-free installation.
EASE OF USE: Assemble the reels and load strands in minutes; clip the clamp to a ladder or gutter to feed lights smoothly without knots. When finished, the assembled reels sit neatly inside the bag and can be zipped shut to keep strands protected until the next season.

Why did we wait so long?
After years of wrestling knotted lights we finally bought reels — wish we’d done it sooner. Reels are solid and we can wrap several strands per spool (we use smaller LED strands). The case zips up well and everything stores neatly.

Very useful overall
Bought this in winter 2023 and it keeps my lights where they belong. They unzip out of the box untangled and the bag fits neatly in storage. One annoyance: the spool walls have slotted openings so bulbs sometimes poke through and must be pushed back in while unspooling. A thin inner barrier would stop that. Still a strong A- for convenience.
