32" Teak Shower Bench — Solid Wood Shower Stool for Bath & Patio

Product description

EXTRA-THICK GRADE A TEAK FOR LASTING USE - Crafted from extra-thick Grade A teak, this 32" shower bench is made to endure. The solid-wood slatted top and robust legs are built with traditional woodworking techniques to provide a lifetime of reliable service in humid environments.

STAINLESS STEEL HARDWARE & WATER-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION - All fasteners and fittings are stainless steel to resist corrosion. Teak’s natural oils make the bench inherently water-resistant, so it functions equally well inside a shower stall or outside by a pool or on a patio.

CURVED SEAT FOR COMFORT AND STABILITY - The seat has a subtle ergonomic curve for comfortable sitting during grooming or relaxing. The assembled bench weighs about 14 lbs and is engineered to support up to 500 lbs, offering a stable perch for most users.

VERSATILE STYLE FOR MANY SETTINGS - Finished in a warm brown stain, the simple, elegant design complements modern and traditional bathrooms, entryways, saunas, and outdoor lounging areas. Its compact 32" length makes it suitable for tighter showers while still providing ample seating.

SUSTAINABLE, SOLID-TEAK BUILD & WHAT’S INCLUDED - Made from 100% solid teak that is FSC-certified, this bench prioritizes responsible sourcing. The package includes the assembled bench components, stainless steel hardware, and an instruction sheet for quick setup.

Pros

  • Durable Grade A solid teak
  • Stainless steel, rustproof hardware
  • FSC-certified and water-resistant

Cons

  • Heavier than plastic alternatives
  • May need periodic oiling to retain color
  • 32" length may be too long for very small stalls

VerdictThis solid teak shower stool blends traditional joinery with a contemporary silhouette. Built from extra-thick Grade A teak and fitted with stainless, rustproof hardware, it’s made for indoor and outdoor use. The gently curved seat provides comfort while the sturdy 14 lb construction claims a 500 lb capacity. Finished in a rich brown and backed by FSC-certified wood, it’s an elegant, long-lasting

Nice bench but check your opening

I ordered for my new walk-in but it was slightly too long. I’ll use it elsewhere. Measure inside any lip or curb before buying.

Warning about weight claim — update: refund issued

I bought this expecting the stated weight capacity. After a few days it failed when I sat down (I weigh 302 lbs). It broke under me; luckily a grab bar helped. I contacted the seller and they apologised and promptly issued a full refund the next morning.
