Fresh from the oven and ready to share — these mini deep-dish pepperoni pizza bites are cheesy, pull-apart perfection. Make them with pantry basics, add your favorite toppings, and serve for game day, family night, or a cozy appetizer for any gathering.

Golden, soft, and irresistibly gooey — this pull-apart pizza bread combines fluffy biscuit dough with bright tomato sauce, salty-mini pepperoni, and melty mozzarella. A buttery garlic topping with Parmesan and oregano adds a fragrant, savory finish that lifts every bite. The result is an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s perfect for cooler evenings, casual parties, or any time you want warm comfort food without a lot of fuss.
These pizza bites are straightforward to assemble and bake. Start by making a simple garlic butter: melted butter mixed with grated Parmesan, garlic (or garlic powder), and dried oregano. Cut refrigerated biscuits into quarters and press the pieces tightly into a greased skillet or baking dish so the dough bakes up into a pull-apart loaf. Brush the biscuit pieces with the garlic butter, spoon on pizza sauce, and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and mini pepperoni. Bake until the cheese is bubbling and the dough is cooked through. Finish with a scattering of fresh parsley for color and brightness.
The appeal here is how simple ingredients transform into something special: no need for homemade dough, yet you still get that deep-dish feel and the satisfaction of ripping a warm, cheesy piece from the pan. These bites are easy to customize — swap pepperoni for cooked sausage, add sliced olives, bell peppers, or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for heat. Serve them straight from the skillet with extra sauce for dipping, or plate them on a board for a shareable appetizer.
Whether you’re hosting friends for the big game, feeding a family on a busy weeknight, or bringing an appetizer to a gathering, these Cheesy Deep Dish Pepperoni Pizza Bites deliver big flavor with minimal effort. They’re nostalgic, comforting, and perfectly snackable — everyone will be reaching for seconds.

Ingredients
For the garlic butter topping:
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 minced garlic cloves or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
For the pizza bites:
- 1 16 oz. tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
For the garlic butter topping:
-
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, grated Parmesan, garlic (or garlic powder) and oregano. Set aside.
For the pizza bites:
-
Preheat the oven to 400°F (about 200°C). Lightly coat an 8–10″ round skillet or a square baking dish with nonstick spray or a thin layer of oil.
-
Open the tube of biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces, yielding about 32 pieces total. Arrange the pieces in a single, tight layer in the prepared skillet so they touch slightly.
-
Brush the biscuit pieces all over with the garlic butter. Spoon the pizza sauce evenly over the pieces, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and top with mini pepperoni.
-
Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the biscuits are cooked through, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
-
Enjoy!
