Tuesday Tip: Smart Glue Uses and Fixes You Need to Know

I’m always running out of glue or discovering I brought the wrong kind for a project. It happens so often I feel like I could walk into Michael’s with my eyes closed. When you sit down to craft and don’t have the right supplies, it’s frustrating, especially when a glue stick that claims to dry clear leaves visible residue instead.

That’s when I wander the aisles searching for the brand I trust. For me, that brand is Zig. A friend gave me a Zig glue pen for Christmas a few years ago, and it changed how I work on small, detailed projects. Zig offers several formulas, but the glue pen is my favorite.

The glue pen is ideal for fine details and for moments when I’m too tired to glue carefully. Its fine tip helps keep things neat and controlled, so you don’t end up with glue where it doesn’t belong. Besides double-sided tape and an X-Acto knife, this glue pen is one of my must-have crafting tools.

I’m always interested in discovering useful craft supplies others rely on. If you have tools, adhesives, or brands you can’t live without, please share them in the comments below. Hearing what works for other crafters is a great way to learn new techniques and products.
