A good homemade fajita seasoning makes a big difference in your dishes. This simple spice blend is delicious on chicken, steak, pork, and vegetables, and it takes only minutes to prepare.
Homemade Fajita Seasoning
We love fajitas and wanted a homemade seasoning as good as our favorite Mexican restaurant’s. Making your own blend lets you control salt, heat, and other flavors so it matches your tastes perfectly.
Most of these spices are pantry staples, so you can mix a fresh batch whenever you need one. It really only takes about five minutes to put together.

This seasoning is excellent on our Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas and works equally well for grilled steak, roasted vegetables, or pork. It’s an easy way to add bright, Mexican-inspired flavor to weeknight meals.
