This recipe uses only three ingredients: bottled ranch dressing, Sriracha, and chicken. It’s quick to prepare and makes a flavorful main course without a long ingredient list. The balance of creamy ranch and tangy Sriracha creates a marinade that coats the chicken well and keeps it juicy when grilled. If you prefer more heat, add more Sriracha; reduce it if you want a milder flavor.
We made the full batch using four chicken breasts so we’d have leftovers. Leftover Sriracha Ranch chicken is versatile — try it sliced over salads, tucked into quesadillas, or served on a flatbread with fresh toppings. It reheats well and keeps its flavor for easy lunches or quick dinners during the week.

-
Meat Thermometer
Ingredients
- 1 cup bottled ranch dressing
- ⅓ – ½ cup Sriracha
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions

Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill over medium heat until cooked through, about 15–18 minutes depending on thickness. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
Notes
Always cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165ºF and ensure there is no pink in the center.
For homemade ranch, you can use your favorite recipe in place of bottled dressing.
